The month of February witnessed intense China-Africa diplomacy. While unfolding on the sidelines of the African Union leaders Summit in Addis Ababa Ethiopia; the G20 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in Johannesburg, South Africa; and China’s rotating Presidency of the UN Security Council for the month, Sino-Africa engagement also used other multiple platforms to foster development and deepen civilizational cooperation.
